Job Description
- Developing and designing psychometric tests.
- Administering psychometric tests to individuals or groups according to standardized protocols and guidelines.
- Conducting testing sessions, providing clear instructions, managing test materials, and maintaining a controlled testing environment.
- Collecting and recording test data, scores, and responses.
- Analyzing the data using statistical techniques to assess reliability, validity, and other psychometric properties of the tests.
- Interpreting test results and providing feedback to individuals or organizations.
- Suggesting strategies for improvement or further development.
- Recommending appropriate psychometric tests for specific purposes or populations based on their knowledge of available assessment tools.
- Engaging in research projects to validate or refine existing assessments and staying up to date with best practices.
